You have our sympathy if you have a problem following a death.
However, expert help is at hand either with the solution to the problem, or the peace
of mind in knowing whether you have a case.
NB. Our specialist Solicitors can CLAIM on behalf of any individual, or DEFEND the deceased's Estate against a claim.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept cases that require Legal Aid.

TIME LIMIT: Claims against an Estate often have time limits. It is therefore important that you do not delay in seeking advice.
THE RIGHT SOLICITOR: It is not easy to find the appropriate solicitor to help answer your questions and hopefully bring about a successful conclusion. Contentious probate is a specialist area of law and and the majority of solicitors will not have the required experience which may ultimately cost you money. The good news is that we have very experienced Litigation Solicitors available to answer your questions.
INITIAL COSTS: The first thing to establish, is whether you have a claim or reason to be concerned. This can normally be established by email or a telephone conversation FREE-OF-CHARGE. After that, a meeting may be required to fully appreciate the circumstances and to advise you as to what can be done about the situation. In selected locations throughout the UK we have specialist Contentious Probate Solicitors that will offer an initial meeting, again FREE OF CHARGE (worth up to £150). If there are any charges to be made in the future you will always be advised in advance, so you can decide whether to move forward or not. |
