IDENTIFICATION (ID) LAWS/RULES:

As with any regulated law firm in the UK before a PROBATE HELPER member can act on your behalf you will be asked to fully identify yourself by providing certain evidence of your name, address and date of birth.

WHY?
Members have to check identification to comply with strict money laundering regulations, anti-terrorism measures and the Proceeds of Crime Act.

HOW?
Once instructed to act on your behalf, we will ask you to supply documents that are legally acceptable means of identification.

OVERSEAS CLIENTS:
If you are not resident in the UK we have special procedures to avoid you having to visit the UK in order to satisfy the legal identification requirements.
