IDENTIFICATION (ID) LAWS/RULES:
 
As with any regulated law firm in the UK before a PROBATE HELPER member can act on your behalf you will be asked to fully identify yourself by providing certain evidence of your name, address and date of birth.
 
WHY?
Members have to check identification to comply with strict money laundering regulations, anti-terrorism measures and the Proceeds of Crime Act.
 
HOW?
Below you will find a list of acceptable means of identification. At least two items are required. If you cannot supply the correct documents members will do their best to find an acceptable alternative. However, in certain rare circumstances PROBATE HELPER members are unable to act for you if you cannot provide any suitable ID documents.

- Inland Revenue Tax Code Notification

- Credit Card Statement (recent)
- Bank Statement (recent)
