ASK-A-QUESTION SERVICE SUSPENDED - 9th June 2008We have had to suspend this valuable free service due to certain individuals abusing the service and in particular parties trying to spread viruses and email scams.  You can continue to use the rest of the web site in the usual manner.  It may also be possible to access an answer to a question via our web site, but only if you use a full and registered email address. Certain email addresses will not be replied to and we apologise if you are genuine but your email address does not contain proper names and gets filtered by our enhanced spam and scam filters. It is advisable to have an email address that contains a full name and no numbers.We hope to be able to resume normal service as soon as possible and apologise for any inconvenience caused.Thank you.

We normally answer one item of FREE PROBATE ADVICE or technical help via this 'Ask-a-Question' service relating to an individual estate (not one question per person asking). Therefore we retain the right to not answer a free question if we believe it is not the first question to be asked about a particular deceased's estate or we believe that multiple questions are being asked by the same person.
 
If you are an Executor or Administrator undertaking a personal application, then our D-I-Y advice service is very useful in order to obtain several answers to all your legal and technical questions and problems throughout the Estate Administration. Please see our CHARGES section for details.
