PROBATE HELPER began over 21 years ago to offer a professional specialist service but at a fair fixed price. Our founder was an experienced Probate Lawyer that believed that generally it took too long to undertake an Estate Administration and the standard of work was sometimes poor, normally due to lack of Estate Administration and Probate experience. Additionally, the traditional method of providing a client with an estimate (and charging unlimited hourly rates) was unfair and unnecessary.
 
By offering a first class service and fully-inclusive fixed-fees wherever possible, PROBATE-HELPER has grown in size considerably. With a focus on quality and client care, we now offer probate services throughout England, Wales and Scotland, (list of regional offices below). - plus many services online throughout the world.
 
Our lower fixed fees will speak for themselves (when you request a quote) but ultimately the speed and
