It has grown in size considerably since 1989 and now makes it easy for you to access an accredited panel of specialist High Street Probate Solicitors and other Probate Lawyers with offices throughout England, Wales and Scotland, (list of regional offices below) all offering the same fixed-fees, plus many services online throughout the world. We also have a European office to deal with cross border Estates.
The main advantage in using a specialist 'Probate Solicitor' opposed to a 'General Solicitor' is that a specialist does not have to
spend time researching the processes involved (which will slow the process down).
